Lydia Roze, PRESIDENT

Lydia Roze is the President of Vista Universal, Inc. She has been committed to Vista for over 25 years, having joined the company as Receptionist. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the success of the company as a Service Secretary, Office Manager, Vice President, and now President. Vista is a licensed Electrical Contractor and Sign Contractor with its corporate office in Hayward and additional offices in Sacramento, Fresno, Los Angeles, and San Diego. In addition to her work with Vista, Lydia also serves as President of the Bay Area Builders Exchange.

Lydia lives in Livermore, CA with her husband and daughter. Her daughter is a nursing student at the University of San Francisco. Lydia’s hobbies include traveling, party planning, and anything related to Disney.

Todd Mendelsohn, Past President

Todd Mendelsohn is the Director of Imperial Lighting. He is currently responsible for leading growth and sales for the company by adding business lines, major clients, and an expanded territory. He is part of the third generation of ownership for the firm, which was founded in 1973. Todd is active in several industry organizations, such as PLASMA, while remaining focused on the growth of Imperial Lighting.

Todd graduated from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2005. Prior to Imperial Lighting, he spent six years in the corporate real estate industry with a focus on business growth through recruitment and operations management. Todd currently lives in Chicago with his wife.
